• These designs involve extensive customization during the bling patch creation process; therefore, requiring additional production time.

Standard / Catalog Designs
Bling Tees, Leggings, Hoodies & Sweatshirts

• Production Time: 7 Days 

• These designs are currently offered in our catalog and require only basic personalization, such as team names, custom text, names, and numbers.

Custom Sequin Apparel
Sequin Jerseys, Dresses, Tops, Hockey Jerseys & Jackets

• Production Time (In-Stock Sizes): 7 business days
• Production Time (Out-of-Stock Sizes): 2½ weeks (13 business days)

• Orders requiring custom logo creation, custom graphics, scattered bling text, or specialty design placements may require additional production time.

Custom Bling Letterman Jackets
Production Time: 2 weeks (10 business days)

• Orders requiring custom logo creation, custom graphics, scattered bling text, or specialty design placements may require additional production time.

• Custom design timeframes are communicated prior to or at the time of purchase when applicable.

Shipping Processing Time

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

• Please allow 1–2 business days for shipping processing once your order has completed production.

• We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Transit Time

• Standard Shipping: Typically 5–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the carrier.

• Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping speeds reduce transit time only and do not shorten production time unless a Rush Order service has been purchased and confirmed.

Need your order by a specific date? Please contact us before placing your order to confirm that we can meet your deadline. We are not responsible for orders placed without first confirming time-sensitive delivery dates.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive tracking information so that you can further track your package. If you have any questions about your order or haven't received tracking information, please Contact Us for assistance.

Yes, we do! Most designs in our catalog can be customized through our website. Simply look for the customization options in the products viewing window. If you are interested in a product that doesn’t have the custom design options, please email us at info@thesuperiorboutique.com with your custom design requests.

We do not create custom logos; however, we can take your existing logo and transfer it to a custom bling design for your company shirt, sweatshirt, tank top or other garment.

For new custom designs, please contact us for a quote by emailing us at info@thesuperiorboutique.com. Please including the following with your custom design quote request: 

• Design wording, font style and size
• Shirt style, color and size
• Spangle color or colors  
• And any additional details about the design.

***Please note: A $20 (nonrefundable) New Custom Design Setup Fee applies to all orders and is due upfront before we start on a design. ***Please note: The Custom Design Setup Fee does not apply to designs that are already in our catalog. We will review your request and send an invoice to your email for payment. 

ADDITIONAL INFO

• Custom Design Set-up Fees are non-refundable.
• If ordering a Custom Spandex Tablecover, a separate $20 (non-refundable) Custom Design Setup Fee will apply. Our spangle designs cannot be shrunk, which means that your design/logo will have to be recreated for the table cover size (enlarged)
• Completed designs are the sole property of Superior Bling Boutique and may not be used for any other purpose without our expressed written consent.
• A $25 Rush Fee may apply on orders needed before our posted turnaround time. Please read our Shipping Policy for more information on order shipment processing times.

Our online website offers our standard, short sleeve, female cut t-shirt in black, white or charcoal. Our standard t-shirts sizes are S-3XL. For additional garment style options, colors or sizes, please Contact Us. 

Upon request, we are happy to provide free design mock-ups for all orders of 6 pieces or more. All custom design orders totaling 5 or less, will be charged a $5 Mock-up Design Fee.  Custom design mock-ups are only provided to customers that request brand new designs that are not in our current catalog. 

To ensure the longevity and glamorous sparkling of your garment, please followi these Garment Care Instructions:

Turn the garment inside out and hand wash or machine wash on Gentle Cycle in cold water with like colored items. DO NOT USE BLEACH! It is recommended that you hang the garment to dry. At your own risk, you can dry the garment using low heat settings. DO NOT USE FABRIC SOFTENER!
