Shipping & Production Policy

At Superior Bling Boutique, each item is handcrafted and made to order with careful attention to detail. Please review our production and shipping timelines below before placing your order.

Business Days

All production and shipping timelines are calculated in business days only and exclude weekends and holidays.

Production Time (Before Shipping)

Custom Bling Patchwork Jerseys, Bling Patchwork Puff Vest, Sequin Patchwork Puffer Jackets & Hockey Patchwork Jerseys.

• Production Time: up to 2 weeks (10 business days)

• These designs involve extensive customization during the bling patch creation process; therefore, requiring additional production time.

Standard / Catalog Designs

• Production Time: up to 1 week (5 business days)

• These include designs currently listed in our catalog and do not require extensive customization beyond basic team name, custom text, names, and numbers. 

Custom Design Orders

• Production Time: up to 2 weeks (10 business days)
• Orders requiring custom logo creation, graphics, custom scattered text designs, or specialty placements may require additional production time beyond standard catalog designs up to 2 weeks.

• Custom design timeframes are communicated prior to or at the time of purchase when applicable.

⚠️ Production time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Processing Time

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

• Please allow 1–2 business days for shipping processing once your order has completed production.

• We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships, delivery time is determined by the shipping carrier and your selected shipping method.

Shipping Transit Time

• Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after shipment, depending on carrier and location.

• Expedited shipping options apply to transit time only and do not reduce production time unless a rush service is explicitly purchased and confirmed.

High Order Volume & Delays

During periods of high order volume, production or shipping may take slightly longer than estimated. If there is a significant delay affecting your order, you will be notified via email.

Important Notes

• All items are made to order and not mass produced.

• Customers with time-sensitive needs are strongly encouraged to place orders well in advance.

• Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship all our orders with the following methods:

• USPS Ground Advantage – includes package insurance up to $100
• USPS Priority Mail – includes package insurance up to $100
• USPS Priority Mail Express – includes package insurance up to $100
• UPS Ground - includes package insurance up to $100
• UPS 2nd Day Air - includes package insurance up to $100
• UPS Next Day Air - includes package insurance up to $100

* Rates are calculated live and will be displayed at checkout as well as estimated arrival times. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES

We ship to all 50 states within the US including PO Boxes as well as APOs/FPOs and US territories. 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order ships, you will receive tracking information so that you can further track your package. If you have any questions about your order or haven't received tracking information, please Contact Us for assistance.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

We are not responsible for incorrectly submitted addresses when placing your order. It is critical to check all information including shipping addresses before submitting an order.

DAMAGES

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We do not currently ship internationally.
