DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
We fulfill orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) during normal business hours.
SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. After your order is processed, you should receive it within 5-7 business days. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay with the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Designs in Current Catalog:
All designs in the current catalog will generally ship the next business day provided that the product is in stock. However, if our order volume is high, it can take (up to 10 days) to receive your order. The expected time for the order to reach you is determined by the shipping carrier and your location.
For designs that require more customization, we require additional time processing time (up to 10 days) to complete your order. For orders that are needed by specific deadlines, we ask that you place your order well in advance to avoid delays.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship all our orders with the following methods:
- USPS First Class Mail – does not include package insurance
- USPS Priority Mail – includes package insurance
- USPS Priority Mail Express – includes package insurance
* Rates are calculated live and will be displayed at checkout as well as estimated arrival times. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.
SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES
We ship to all 50 states within the US including PO Boxes as well as APOs/FPOs and US territories.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order ships, you will receive tracking information so that you can further track your package. If you have any questions about your order or haven't received tracking information, please Contact Us for assistance.
We are not responsible for incorrectly, submitted addresses when placing your order. It is critical to check all information including shipping addresses before submitting an order.
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We do not currently ship internationally.
