No shirt came along with order but I paid for it.

I've reviewed your order and determined that you didn't pay for a shirt. You ordered a bling letterman jacket and chose the jacket name add-on for an additional $5. The jacket name add-on is an additional product therefore it adds to the cart as a separate item. If you add up the price of the items in your cart, you would arrive at the jacket total and the jacket name add-on, which you selected. The only issue I see is the jacket add-on option charged $7 instead of the advertised $5 price option, which was a simple system error that happened while we were making website updates. This issue was detected and fixed immediately. We would have loved to make the correction to your order; however, we were never given the opportunity. We just happen to view our store reviews in this app and saw what you posted. If you believed that you didn't receive an item you paid for, why wouldn't you reach out to us? We have refunded your payment method in the amount of $2.
